Rental Sales Agent (Full-time/Part-time/Seasonal: NIGHT SHIFT 4PM-2AM)
As a Rental Sales Agent at Hertz Dollar Thrifty, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them in experiencing the beauty of Alaska with our top-quality vehicles. We are looking for positive, motivated, and outgoing professionals who thrive in a sales-oriented environment. Sales experience is preferred but not required! Comprehensive in-house training provided.
Compensation: Hourly with commission on incremental sales.
Our rental sales incentive program allows agents to earn up to $5000+ per month on average during the summer and $1500+ per month in the winter.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in selecting the best vehicle options.
Maximize sales opportunities by recommending our products and overcoming objections.
Execute sales transactions, including upselling upgrades, protection plans, fuel options, and other services.
Utilize provided sales concepts and dialogues to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong self-motivation and drive to excel in sales.
Self-motivated individuals with strong time management skills.
Positive attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass initial and recurring drug tests.
Clean driving record with a current valid driver's license.
Good employer references and ability to pass a background check.
Proficiency in computer and office programs.
Proficiency in operating a wide variety of vehicles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous commissioned sales experience is preferred.
