- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining electronic files
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in both English and bilingual communication when needed
- Proven experience in front desk reception or office administration, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
