APi Group is looking for a dynamic Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst. This role plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and IT to troubleshoot issues, support system changes, and ensure Core HR processes run smoothly. Your work will directly influence how we manage worker data, organizational structures, and HR operations across the company.
In this role, you will configure Core HR functionality, support integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, and ATS systems, and help maintain data accuracy across the platform. You’ll also contribute to process improvements by documenting workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, and strengthening data quality.
You will be a critical part of quarterly Oracle release cycles through reviewing new features, coordinating testing, and helping the organization adopt updates effectively. What You Will Do
Partner & End‑User Support
- Provide daily functional support and troubleshooting for HR users and COE partners.
- Intake, document, prioritize, and resolve system requests following established processes
Configuration Management
- Configure and maintain Core HR setup, including:
- Organizational structures
- Worker records
- Job/position management
- Security role assignments
Process Improvement
- Support process mapping, SOP development, and workflow documentation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Integration Support & Testing
- Assist with testing integrations between Core HR and Payroll, Benefits, Time, and ATS systems.
- Participate in regression, end‑to‑end, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Data Management
- Maintain data accuracy within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Support mass data updates using HDL and HSDL, including pre‑load authorization and post‑load reconciliation.
- Support user access reviews and provide documentation for audits
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards to support HR operations and compliance reporting.
Release Management
- Support quarterly Oracle HCM release cycles, assess feature impacts, coordinate testing, and document results.
- Follow SOX change management and ITGC controls, including documentation, approvals, and audit support
Training & Enablement
- Maintain configuration documentation and process guides.
- Deliver training to end‑users and super‑users on Core HR features.
SOX & Compliance
- Follow SOX change management controls for configuration changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience administering Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR.
- Hands‑on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and HSDL.
- Proficient understanding of Core HR data structures, organizational hierarchies, and worker lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with integrations across Payroll, Benefits, Time, and ATS.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SOX change management and ITGC controls.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to data quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HCM security role configuration and Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
- Knowledge of US HR data privacy regulations (CCPA, HIPAA).
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar intake tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning or digital adoption platforms.
- Oracle HCM certification or SHRM credential.
Benefitsand Compensation
This role is based in our New Brighton, MN office. The salary range for this position is $67,000–$100,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
