As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will playa key role in building strong talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.This includesidentifyingand engaginghigh-qualitycandidates using targeted sourcing strategies and market insights.
Working closely with recruiters,you’llhelp deliver qualified talent while ensuring a well-organised and compliant sourcing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research,outreach, and uncovering top talent in a fast-paced environment.
This is apermanent full-timeopportunity and can be based in eitherMelbourne (preferred), Canberra,Adelaide,Sydneyor Brisbane.
The successful candidate must be eligible to hold aBaselineAGSVA security clearance.
Partner with recruiters, marketing, and program teams to align sourcing efforts, enhance employer branding, and support hard-to-fill roles

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as OFCCP, AAP, and EEO, includingmaintainingaudit-ready documentation
