Create factory models using process flows, value stream maps, pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings to graphically show manufacturing processes, the movement of material, the exchange of information, and key metrics

Analyze manufacturing system performance to identify undesirable effects and opportunities for improvement

Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to calculate capacity, eliminate constraints, improve efficiency, and meet or exceed cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals
-
Contribute to strategic roadmaps focused on factory capacity, Manufacturing Technology insertion, infrastructure improvements, obsolescence mitigation, and the integration of new capabilities

Support program contract proposals, business case development for future investments, supplier assessments, and Make/Buy/Where analyses
-
Partner with project managers and factory support functions to improve the factory footprint and layout of factory equipment as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of *8** years of prior relevant experience* unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Or applicable MS degree with 6 years of applicable experience.

Industrial Engineering degree

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
