What You’ll Do

Support Major Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights for major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models to predict future performance, supporting budgeting and planning activities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Required Qualifications: 

3+ years of Finance experience
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience working with government contracts or in the Intelligence Community
Experience with Data Visualization for Financial Models: Create compelling visual representation of financial data and models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel enabling stakeholders to easily interpret complex information and make informed decisions
Rate exposure analysis
JAMIS Software Experience

Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days onsite)

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$93,000 - $114,000
