What You’ll Do
- Support Major Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights for major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models to predict future performance, supporting budgeting and planning activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Finance experience
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with government contracts or in the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Data Visualization for Financial Models: Create compelling visual representation of financial data and models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel enabling stakeholders to easily interpret complex information and make informed decisions
- Rate exposure analysis
- JAMIS Software Experience
Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days onsite)

Summary Pay Range:
