Overview
The Control Room Assistant maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close entrance and exit lanes as assigned by the manager.
Pay: $17.34 per hour

Schedule: This is a floater position, and the schedule will vary each week.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines
Assist customers or cashiers with needs related to entrance and exit protocol
Provide daily activity reports to the manager
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar experience preferred
