Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-driven Rental Project Coordinator to support fleet condition monitoring and operational readiness for the Major Projects rental fleet deployed across large-scale North American projects. This role ensures equipment reliability, supports multi-dealer coordination models, and enables successful execution of complex, long-duration construction, infrastructure, and hyperscale projects.
What you will do:
-Coordinate on-site fleet condition monitoring, track asset health trends, and drive corrective actions to meet uptime requirements on long-duration, high-complexity projects.
-Support project planning and documentation, including scopes, schedules, budgets, and fleet readiness plans, to ensure smooth mobilization, execution, and project transitions.
-Analyze fleet utilization, reliability, and maintenance data to identify risks, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
-Facilitate cross-stream coordination with dealers, service operations, logistics, and business development teams to align on fleet needs, support models, and site requirements.
-Develop dashboards, analytics, and reports that summarize progress, fleet condition KPIs, and recommendations to improve availability, logistics flow, and maintenance planning.
-Support process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and helping establish standardized, scalable project support practices.

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
