This role leads the integration and enablement of advanced Generative AI and agentic capabilities across engineering teams, acting as a technical ambassador who can clearly communicate complex concepts to broad audiences. It requires strong hands‑on expertise in AI‑driven systems, cross‑functional coordination, and guiding teams through the adoption of modern development practices and new technologies.
What You Will Do

Drive outreach as a technical ambassador for the NextGenAI team by providing demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead the transition of developed capabilities into enablement and operations teams, ensuring smooth handoff and readiness.

Support evaluation of emerging technologies.

Provide cross-functional coordination across Engineering, external vendors, Program Management, Digital Technology (DT), and other organizations to ensure aligned execution and clear communication.

Serve as a trainer and mentor for teams adopting agentic workflows, GenAI tools, and modern development practices.

Apply strong technical expertise across agents, GenAI, and software development to guide solution design and implementation.

Collaborate with engineering disciplines across the organization to integrate new capabilities and maintain system coherence.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience leading the transition of technical solutions into operations, enablement, or production environments.

Experience with GenAI technologies, agentic systems, or AI-driven architectures.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

Software engineering experience, including experience guiding solution design and implementation.

Experience coordinating cross‑functional efforts across engineering, program management, vendors, or digital technology organizations.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
