The Property Management Operations organization is seeking a highly motivated Principal Specialist to support enterprise-wide property system audits. This role is integral to ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across Raytheon sites through advanced reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
As a key member of the Property Management centralized audit reporting team, you will develop, standardize, and deliver property audit reporting solutions that enable compliance with government property regulations and internal business objectives. You will partner across functions to drive data accuracy, improve processes, and enhance reporting capabilities in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment.
What You Will Do:

Develop, maintain, and standardize work instructions to enable consistent generation of enterprise-wide property audit reports.

Produce and deliver accurate, timely audit reports to government, customer, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, quality, and usability of data.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Property, Logistics, Audit, Digital Technology, Finance, Contracts) to design and implement reporting solutions that support audit readiness and compliance.

Lead and support automation initiatives (e.g., Power Query, VBA, Power Platform) to streamline data collection, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting efficiency.

Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with government property regulations, internal controls, and business requirements.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory standards in all reporting activities.

Serve as a subject matter expert for property audit reporting and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization efforts across the enterprise.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience

Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Excel automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts) and template development.

Experience with MS Office 365 and ERP System like SAP

Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as SQL, SAP BusinessObjects, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Experience supporting audits and working across cross-functional teams (Audit, Logistics, Digital Technology, Finance, Contracts, and customers).

Experience with property management systems, government regulations, and compliance monitoring.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
