Toyota Financial Services is looking for a Manager UI/UX Designer who is obsessed with the customer, thinks deeply about people and processesand moves with the urgency of a startup inside one of the world’s most trusted brands.
You’llown the end-to-end design of a product area — from understanding the customer problem, to defining the experience, to shipping it and measuring whether it worked.You’lltalk to real customers, review usability data to findwhat’sbroken, and continually iterate to craft world class digital experiences.
At this level,you’realsoa multiplier. You can work well with a variety of stakeholders, including contractorsand consultants, to raise the craft of the team around you, help shape design systems, and influence product strategy — not just execution.
Ifyou’vethrived in a startup or early-stage product environment and yet can navigate,anticipateand address the needs of a large enterprise, this is the role for you.
Ideate and prototype — work with product, engineering, research, and operations to design the future of our end-to-end customer experience
Create — produce information architecture diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes
A portfolio with native and/or web case studies thatdemonstratesyour approach to problem solving — research, UX, visual design, and interaction design — not just the final output
