T-Mobile is expanding fast and we need driven sales professionals to grow with us. You'll be working directly with residential customers in your area, helping them upgrade to high-speed fiber internet and building a client base that pays dividends over time.

Starting out: $100,000+ Hitting your targets consistently while learning the territory.
Building momentum: $200,000+ Strong pipeline, repeat referrals, and proven closing ability.
Top of the team: $350,000+ Full territory ownership, high conversion rates, and compounding referral income.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Meet with residential customers to present our fiber internet solutions. Manage and grow your assigned territory through consistent outreach and follow-up. Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. Track activity and results using our CRM tools. Hit weekly and monthly targets with a clear plan, not guesswork.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who takes ownership of their results and doesn't need micromanaging. Strong people skills so you build trust quickly and communicate clearly. Organised and strategic so you plan your territory and work your plan. Committed to putting in the hours. Our highest earners work six days a week because they know the income reflects it. No prior experience required. Full in-person training provided from day one.
