The schedule for this role is for 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm CST, with overtime based on a business need.
What You Will Do:

Schedule and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Communicate effectively with team members, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor shipments, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that schedules are adhered to without delays.

Maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels and prioritize shipments.
-
Analyze shipping processes to identify potential hurdles and proactively propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Use SAP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other tools to manage schedules, track inventory, and generate reports.

Meet deadlines and resolve unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications You Must Have:

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and basic computer skills.

The salary range for this role is 41,400 USD - 72,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
