You will work closely with internal and external sales teams, merchants, product owners, and support partners to identify process gaps, improve sales enablement, and address escalations. Your work helps strengthen sales execution, improve merchant outcomes, and support growth in merchant services.
What you'll do:

- Analyze sales and merchant feedback to identify trends, training opportunities, and process improvements that increase sales effectiveness and merchant satisfaction
- Troubleshoot complex merchant and product issues that cannot be resolved through standard support channels and coordinate escalation to Tier 2, Tier 3, or product teams as needed
- Act as an escalation point for sales and merchant issues, helping determine root cause, document findings, and drive resolution across business and technical partners
- Work directly with product owners and internal stakeholders to communicate recurring issues, unmet merchant needs, and gaps in product or process performance
- Support process improvement efforts related to sales enablement, merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and cross-functional handoffs
- Prepare documentation, recommendations, and trend reporting to support leadership discussions, training needs, and operational decision-making
- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, sales support, sales operations, merchant services, or a related function within banking, payments, or financial services environments
- Experience supporting sales processes from pre-sale consultation through merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and post-sale support
- Experience troubleshooting operational or product issues, coordinating escalations, and driving resolution across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with sales teams, merchants, and business partners to gather requirements, explain solutions, and improve process outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting PNC or bank partner merchant services environments
- Experience with Clover from Fiserv or commerce-related merchant solutions
- Experience developing sales enablement materials, training content, or process documentation
- Experience supporting escalations involving merchant onboarding, product fit, or technical issue resolution
