Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead complex improvement projects that enhance quality, streamline operations, and drive measurable business results. In this role, you will guide teams through data‑driven problem solving, mentor Green Belts, and embed Lean and Six Sigma principles into daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional Lean Six Sigma projects that improve processes, reduce waste, and impact business outcomes.
- Develop and enhance Six Sigma tools, training materials, and systems that support organizational excellence.
- Mentor and coach Green Belts through project planning, execution, analysis, and sustainment.
- Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business goals.
- Establish process controls and monitor performance to ensure long‑term success.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize key initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of Operational efficiency, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and others including supporting systems and tools.
Educational Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification nice to have.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Prior success in leading process redesigning efforts.
- Experience leading multiple process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Advanced English skills.

- Lean & Six Sigma project leadership: Ability to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results using Lean/Six Sigma approaches.
- Program & system design: Skill in designing and developing Six Sigma programs, tools, and supporting systems for quality and process improvement.
- Analytical thinking: Ability to diagnose root causes, quantify cost/benefit/risk, break complex problems into components, and select fit-for-purpose analytical tools.
- Problem solving: Ability to lead structured resolution efforts, synthesize information into options, and institutionalize lessons learned.
- Process improvement: Capability to evaluate current quality/production methods, prioritize improvement opportunities, create controls, and sustain gains.
- Project management: Ability to plan, estimate, coordinate stakeholders, and report progress using practical project tracking tools.
- Influencing & stakeholder alignment: Ability to identify decision makers, communicate persuasively, and use listening/probing to drive adoption.
- Interpersonal effectiveness: Ability to collaborate with associates and management, adapt interaction style, and work constructively across teams.
- Continuous learning mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts/tools, integrate learning into practice, and help others develop.
Additional information:
- This position will be in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon
- This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
