This is an exciting opportunity to join Barclays’ Liquid Financing Technology team as an experienced Capital Markets BA/PM, working on the build‑out of a modern, cross‑asset Client Risk Management platform. The platform delivers real‑time analytics, AI‑enabled workflows, and reporting capabilities for Front Office users, supporting Liquid Financing businesses with intraday exposure monitoring, scenario analysis, stress testing frameworks, and decision‑support tools. These capabilities are underpinned by robust infrastructure, data, AI, and visualization technologies. In this role, you will lead business analysis and delivery of strategic programs across the Prime Front Office Risk & P&L cross‑asset domain, spanning Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and other asset classes. The position requires deep functional expertise in trade lifecycle, risk, and P&L flows across multiple product lines, combined with disciplined project execution. You will partner closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to design, deliver, and implement high‑impact solutions. The role also includes driving requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, overseeing execution, and ensuring alignment with Barclays’ regulatory, control, and architectural standards.
To be successful as a Senior BA/PM VP - Prime Front Office Risk & PnL, you should have:
Proven experience in one or multiple asset classes (Equities, Rates, Credit) with knowledge of reference and market data as a senior BA/PM in a front office environment setting
Proven experience working with various senior desk and technology stakeholders to capture end to end business and functional requirements while liaising effectively with various cross functional technology teams to drive the business outcomes
Proven experience with considerable data analysis skills for summarized views to effective drill down context leveraging excel, BI dashboards or SQL/Python skills
Document business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and use cases with precision and clarity
Prior experience in managing large programs while assisting with effective translation of strategy, roadmap, project plans while curating and developing governance packs for communicating progress across multiple stakeholders
Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, strategic solutions
Other highly valued skills may include:
Prior experience within Prime Services, such as Financing, Margin, Risk, PnL/Balance Sheet impacts
Exposure to Reference Data systems, product mastering, security identifiers, classification frameworks
Understanding of risk models VaR, Stress, Greeks, exposure analytic

Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
