Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dependable Lead Valet Attendant to oversee daily valet operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, lead by example, and remain flexible with work hours when coverage is needed. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset and the ability to support both guests and valet staff.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM

Responsibilities
- Lead and support valet attendants during daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and address guest needs professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
- Assist with coordinating vehicle flow and valet coverage
- Ensure valet procedures and service standards are followed
- Step in to assist with valet duties as needed during peak times
- Maintain a dependable attendance record and punctuality
