What You Will Be DoingDirectly responsible for the day-to-day execution of the work plan.
Cross-functional collaboration with many teams.
Lead and mentor the touch labor work force.

Ensure work is accomplished in accordance with company, customer, and engineering requirements.
Responsible for creating and adjusting work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.

Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities to increase safety and organization of the work environment.
Reduce production costs and improve schedule position.
Ability to lead a team to process adherence and make corrections when needed.

Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.
Desired Skills:Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily.
Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso).
Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools.
Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds.
Able and willing to work other than first shift.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
