Role Definition
As the FP&A Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner for the LATAM region, owning Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), providing executive financial insights to improved profitability, forecast discipline, and capital allocation decisions along with reporting, and collaborating with local finance teams to support regional performance and strategic decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Partner with multiple business units to provide insights and analysis in the preparation of strategic investment decisions
Ensure adherence to corporate procedures related to acquisitions of capital assets, leases, and new product introductions
Provide technical expertise and support the business processes utilizing business analysis techniques
Work with business partners to independently resolve problems and act as a leader in investment proposal development for all assigned programs

Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.

Compensation & Benefits:
Summary Pay Range: $118,860.00 - $190,176.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
