Who we’re looking for:
Toyota’s Denver Regions Demand & Supply Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Allocation Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the allocation and logistics of wholesale vehicles, ensuring smooth coordination between dealerships, transportation, and internal teams. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you will support the department’s goal of optimizing vehicle distribution and enhancing dealer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and efficient processes.
What you’ll do:
Managing dealer relationships and addressing vehicle issues.
Overseeing allocation and inventory processes.
Coordinating vehicle needs for events, auto shows, and demos.
Facilitating dealer trades, buy/sell transactions, and special orders.
Supporting the team with tasks such as Monroney reprints and port mod holds.
Managing Allocation: Coordinating bi-monthly allocation worksheets and updating reports requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Dealer and Vehicle Issues: Handling dealer calls about missing/late vehicles, damage, and complex trade or replacement scenarios.
Event and Vehicle Coordination: Pulling and monitoring event vehicles, auto show vehicles, and demos requires managing logistics across various stakeholders.
Special Orders and Buy/Sell Transactions: Addressing hard-to-find vehicle needs and coordinating transactions with multiple parties.
Multitasking and Backups: Balancing primary duties while providing backup support for the team adds to the workload's complexity.
What you bring:
High School Diploma or higher.
Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to details, and ability to execute on specific deadlines
Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership role
Strong Microsoft skills within but not limited to: Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task across diverse projects while proactively anticipating challenges and implementing timely solutions.
Strong knowledge of supporting departments and organizations with operations policies and procedures
Added bonus if you have
Experience in automotive, logistics, or supply chain support roles where you’ve demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and record-keeping best practices.
Tableau and/or Power BI Experience

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,400.00 - $96,600.00.This job posting is expected to be closed on : 04/28/2026Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
