Ce que ce poste implique :
Relevant du Directeur des finances, l'Analyste financier(ère) principal(e) est un membre collaboratif de l'équipe qui soutient l'analyse commerciale et la planification pour les activités des marchés canadiens et des marchés des capitaux de JLL. En tant que membre de l'équipe de partenariat financier, nous soutenons les dirigeants d'entreprise dans la prise de décision, les prévisions, l'analyse et la présentation des résultats. Ce rôle exige d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, des compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps efficaces, une volonté démontrée d'apprendre et de s'adapter, ainsi que les plus hauts standards de comportement et d'éthique professionnelle.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Fournir un soutien analytique aux dirigeants d'entreprise pour faciliter la prise de décision
Soutenir l'élaboration de prévisions financières, incluant les plans annuels complets et les prévisions trimestrielles/continues
Analyser les données de performance pour établir des prévisions et identifier les tendances
Effectuer la modélisation financière, l'analyse et la compilation de données quantitatives
Collaborer avec les dirigeants d'entreprise et les membres seniors de l'équipe financière pour développer des rapports réguliers et ponctuels
Contribuer à la préparation ponctuelle et précise des livrables de fin de mois et des ensembles financiers mensuels
Agir en tant que conseiller et partenaire stratégique auprès des partenaires d'affaires sur les questions financières et opérationnelles
Qualifications requises :
Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine similaire (ou expérience pertinente) avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience
Expérience avec les outils logiciels : logiciels de planification d'entreprise (EPM) et logiciels de reporting financier
Solides compétences financières/analytiques, organisationnelles et en communication
Connaissance de la langue française requise
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, à gérer efficacement le temps et à établir des priorités pour respecter les échéances dans un environnement d'équipe dynamique et en évolution
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision minimale
Qualifications préférées :
Compréhension des facteurs qui influencent les marges et gestion active pour améliorer l'efficacité des résultats nets
Capacité à travailler avec une variété de clients, notamment des professionnels de la vente et des dirigeants d'entreprise
Prise de décisions opportunes équilibrant efficacité et efficience
Orientation vers des solutions efficaces avec un sens de l'urgence
Expérience dans le soutien aux efforts continus entourant le recouvrement des comptes clients et la gestion des paiements de commissions

Senior Financial Analyst - JLL
What this job involves:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Analyst is a collaborative team member supporting business analysis and planning for JLL's Canada Markets & Capital Markets business. As part of the finance business partnering team, we support business leaders in Markets & Capital Markets with decision making, forecasting, analysis, and results presentation. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, effective organizational and time management skills, demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, and the highest standards of behavior and work ethic.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Provide analytical support for business leaders to support decision making
Support development of financial forecasts – both full year plans and quarterly/rolling forecasts
Analyze performance data to forecast and identify trends
Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and compilation of quantitative data
Work with business leaders and senior members of the finance team to develop regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal reports, graphs, charts and presentations
Contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of month-end deliverables and monthly financial packages
Act as advisor and strategic partner to business partners on financial and operational matters
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field (or relevant experience) with a minimum of 5 years' experience
Experience in software tools: Enterprise Planning Software (EPM), and financial reporting software
Strong financial/analytical, organizational, and communication skills
French language knowledge required
Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Seeks to understand drivers that move margins and actively manages to improve bottom line efficiencies
Ability to work with a variety of customers, including sales professionals and business leadership
Makes timely decisions balancing effectiveness with efficiency
Drives to effective solutions with urgency
Experience supporting ongoing efforts surrounding accounts receivable collections and commission payment processing
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
