What you´ll do
- Lead channel level strategy across the 4Ps (Placement, Product, Promotion & Pricing) for Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Spearhead joint business planning strategy across business units, driving long-term sustainable growth with strategic retail partners and business leads.
- Drive accurate forecasting and strategic planning across customers/business units
- Oversee pricing and promotion strategies, in collaboration with Net Revenue Management, while continuously monitoring and benchmarking the marketplace.
- Accelerate omnichannel growth by advancing Retail Media strategies, enhancing Shopper Marketing execution, and optimizing digital shelf management.
- Provide key insights and strategic input for rolling forecasts, annual business plans (KPIs), monthly business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Lead planning for HCB monthly, quarterly, and annual business meetings.
- Design and implement tools to monitor, benchmark, and achieve key retail KPIs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the region by staying up-to-date on industry developments and sharing relevant learnings and opportunities.
