What You Will Be Doing
The Finance Manager (Level 5) will lead and execute strategic cost‑reduction and affordability initiatives that support the PrSM. This role is responsible for developing rigorous financial models, authoring business cases for Munition Acceleration, and integrating cost‑optimization strategies into the Long‑Range Planning (LRP) process to enhance profitability and sustain program affordability.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of munition life‑cycle cost structures, defense acquisition processes, and long‑range planning (LRP) frameworks.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to translate technical data into clear business insights for senior audiences.
Desired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA/macros), financial modeling tools, and data‑visualisation software. Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP systems is a plus.
Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams, driving consensus, and delivering results in complex, matrix‑ed environments.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
