Professionally and effectively interface with Raytheon program managers and government officials to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations or waivers for compliance with regulations.

Make decisions and provide timely input to impact critical goals and objectives of the business.

Solve moderately complex & ambiguous problems through analysis, investigation, and experience.

Review contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc.) documents, internal directives, and external customer directives for security applicability, impact analysis, and make recommendations to Program Management.

Oversee or perform duties as the Top Secret Control Officer.

Provide oversight of security related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), OPSEC Plans; Program Protection Plans (PPP), Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP).

Actively participate on proposal teams and serve as the area Special Programs SME. Develop Security Volumes and associated documentation required to support staffing plans and Gate reviews.

Partner with cross functional organizations to support business objectives.

Manage the implementation of a self-inspection program to include evaluating findings and direct the implementation and re-evaluation of the corrective action(s).

Lead the team through Government security compliance inspections.

Investigate security infractions/violations, prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise, and provide associated corrective actions.

Collaborate with and assist the ISSO/ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements and approved sanitization procedures for hardware and test equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Experience with Microsoft Products

Experience specifically with implementing SAP security compliance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Membership in professional organizations (CSSWG, ASIS, NCMS, etc.) and professional certifications

Understanding of customer SAP security and acquisition structures

DISS, JADE, and Scattered Castles user experience

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a unique multi-program environment

Experience with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for existing work and contract bids

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
