Job Summary:
The IT Analyst Applications Factory Support position provides frontline functional and technical support for applications used in factory and manufacturing operations at our Santa Catarina manufacturing campus. This role partners with plant users, business stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve application incidents, support routine changes, and ensure reliable day‑to‑day system availability. The analyst troubleshoots application and data issues, assists with testing and validation activities, and helps translate factory process needs into clear support actions, contributing to stable and efficient manufacturing operations while building deeper application and business process knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects (this is not a Software Developer position).
- Participate in deployment, implementation, troubleshooting and testing of 3rd party application solutions and integrations.
- Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
- Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
- Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
Degree Requirement
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

Skills:

- Ability to analyze and support enterprise application systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within core software applications.

- Skilled in deploying and configuring application systems within organizational environments.
- Ability to follow and improve implementation procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions into existing systems.
Requirements Analysis:
- Ability to gather, interpret, and document business and technical requirements.
- Expert in collaborating with stakeholders to define system needs and project scope.
- Proficiency in translating requirements into actionable specifications for development teams.
System and Technology Integration:
- Expertise in integrating multiple systems and technologies to create cohesive solutions.
- Expert working with APIs, middleware, and third-party application integrations.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving integration challenges across platforms.
System Testing:
- Proficient in planning, executing, and documenting system tests to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ability to develop test cases and scenarios for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Expert in identifying, tracking, and resolving defects during testing phases.
Top Candidates also have:
- Advanced English
- Familiarity with basic computer networking concepts, client-server architectures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and overall Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Windows Server, SQL Server) for assessment of solutions and troubleshooting.

- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Facility.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model. If required, willingness to work extended hours or in weekend days is expected
