Job Description
Responsible to manage key contracted clients in Mexico and other Latin American countries, handling a variety of tasks for UDX portfolio.
Provide clients with sales reports and analytics, contracts and amendments in current contracts, finance dept. liaise regarding payment flows and approvals, Budget decision to invest within accounts in sales activities and a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
Work aligned with Marketing team regarding all B2B strategies related to your accounts, such as Product placement/exposure, coop marketing campaigns and collateral material.
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in CRM software (Salesforce) involved in the sales process. Answer partners’ questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, room types, promotions, entertainment, restaurants and special events). Setup training and events - move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of contracted clients, being responsible for all communications within these clients, providing them with all the tools to achieve our agreed targets, such as Sales Reports and Analytics in a monthly basis, providing them with all amendments in pricing, product and marketing to be adjusted with our current overall strategy. Create and facilitate Sales Campaigns that meet our growth and brand criteria. Aligning with finance and contracting teams to keep documentation and payment flows within company standards. Define activities to boost sales through knowledge of our product and services on each specific account such as Trainings, Workshops, Familiarization Tours and Collateral Materials (offline and online). Most of these activities could be executed by a dedicated professional on our team. Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) up to date and use the tool to manage the accounts and all the opportunities created. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Work with Marketing team to have sales supported by our marketing strategies, define an annual coop campaign with key clients that meet our strategy, supporting growth and brand positioning. Use online/offline Point of Purchase/Point of Sales strategy to create brand awareness and identity in a variety of client’s sales channels. Work together to create marketing pieces within the accounts managed with a strong sales message that supports our sales targets annually. Ensure that your contracted clients follow UDX brand standards.
- Create spreadsheets and presentations, daily clerical tasks, adjust your own travel arrangements. Performs administrative related duties, including payments, invoices, order office supplies, submit your expense reports, administrative budget control and budget reports, answer phone calls, provide information to callers and /or connect callers to appropriate people.

- Passion and ability for using all available data and working cross divisionally with Insights, Strategy, Brand, Finance and Resorts to develop comprehensive business plans and set meaningful goals for our sales partners that align with all parts of our business.
- In-depth experience and understanding of account management and daily operations in sales
- Reporting and Analytics skills
- Hands on experience with MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Hospitality background highly preferred

For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
You should be able to travel constantly in Mexico and abroad (mostly within Latin America and USA) conducting and supporting Trade Shows, Workshops, FAMs and client trainings, working hours may vary when the previous “events” take place.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English & Spanish
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business or relevant field. Master Degree is a plus.
- EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years of experience in a sales position. Background in hospitality and Salesforce (CRM system) will be consider a plus.
