Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design.

Create or modify existing electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.

Develop and execute test plans, including test simulations and lab tests to verify system capability.

Evaluate and assess functional performance of developmental RF systems, including signal processing subsystems, and firmware/control algorithms.
-
Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Troubleshoot Test activities in our labs and in the field.
-
Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment.

Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB.

Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders

Maintain engineering specifications and drawings.

Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs)

Participate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetings.

Support associated with implementing process requirements.
What You Will Learn
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting systems engineering, integration, and test activities across the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), such as Electrical Engineering, obtained prior to start.

Experience with tools, such as Microsoft Office, MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation.

Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
RF system design, digital and analog signal processing, waveform and signal modulation characteristics and analysis, and/or algorithm implementation and testing.

Experience with electrical schematics, interface control documentation, and communications protocols.

Experience integrating software and firmware onto electronic hardware systems.

Experience with reading and integrating software routines with hardware/electronics; C/C++/C# preferred.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
