Program Summary
KBR is seeking a highly qualified Facilities Engineer to support programs across the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining mission-critical facilities and infrastructure that enable joint, combined, and partner operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
Job Summary
The Facilities Engineer will lead facilities planning, design, remediation, implementation, and sustainment activities in geographically dispersed, multi-national environments. The role requires technical depth, operational awareness, and strong leadership to support dynamic missions, austere locations, and evolving operational requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead facilities planning and engineering activities for customer task orders, including site surveys and assessments.
- Develop engineering recommendations for facility improvement, alteration, restoration, reuse, or replacement.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and water systems.
- Manage remediation and facilities implementation projects through testing and Government acceptance.
- Lead vendor and subcontractor management across the Indo-Pacific region.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to facilities personnel.
- Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of Secret Clearance with ability to TS/SCI
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities engineering, sustainment, or infrastructure operations, overseas DoD installations, or logistics-style programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilities design, preventive maintenance, remediation, and sustainment.
- Proven leadership and vendor management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience operating in contingency, expeditionary, or austere environments.
- Familiarity with temporary structures and distributed basing concepts.
