About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to own Continuous Deployment stream for its CI/CD orchestration platform, supporting a large portfolio that enables application and database deployments leveraging Wells Fargo modern cloud native Continuous Deployment tools. This role is critical to driving high-visibility initiatives, including the migrating from legacy pipelines to modern pipeline and firm's critical initiatives including Data Center Migrations and others., while partnering closely with stakeholders and developers across all lines of business. The position sits within the Chief Development and eXperience Office (CDXO), which is advancing a modern, secure, multi-cloud technology ecosystem that accelerates high-quality banking product delivery. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager - Continuous Deployment will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for DevSecOps Continuous Deployment capabilities. This role partners closely with product leadership, engineering, architecture, control partners, and delivery teams to drive adoption, innovation, and execution at enterprise scale.
In this role, you will:
Product Vision & Strategy- Develop, evolve, and clearly communicate the Continuous Deployment product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to enterprise DevSecOps objectives.
- Balance innovation, speed-to-market, risk management, and regulatory/policy compliance.
- Establish, communicate, and track product area goals, success metrics, and performance indicators.
Stakeholder & Partner Leadership- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, architecture, risk, controls, and platform teams.
- Actively solicit, synthesize, and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into product decisions.
- Serve as the Continuous Deployment product champion with deep technical and domain expertise.
Execution & Delivery- Own and prioritize a well-defined, outcome-oriented product backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Partner with delivery teams to drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Represent Product Management in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure releases are prioritized appropriately and delivered in alignment with enterprise strategy.
Domain Expertise & Innovation- Apply strong subject matter expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Continuous Deployment architectures.
- Actively research industry trends, modern tooling, and emerging practices; evaluate new products and capabilities as needed.
- Continuously reassess and optimize how existing platform capabilities are leveraged across the enterprise.
Community, Enablement & Adoption- Establish and manage a Continuous Deployment "Community Influencer" or champion group to drive engagement and adoption.
- Partner with technical writers and communication teams to create demos, training materials, and enablement content.
- Represent the organization at key industry conferences and forums to bring external insights back into the product strategy.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, education, training, or military experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps or CI/CD automation development
Desired Qualifications- Proven Product Owner experience delivering modern, enterprise-scale solutions in Agile environments, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and writing user stories and features.
- Direct knowledge of DevSecOps automation, quality gates, Shift Left testing, BDD/TDD practices, and use of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.
- Experience working with industry standard CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, UCD, Liquibase, Jenkins etc.
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience within a large financial institution, including vulnerability and/or patch management, and working within enterprise SDLC, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to define product vision, develop supporting strategies, drive execution, and lead complex products with broad organizational impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex concepts into user-friendly language.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, improve processes, and perform effectively in high-regulated environments.
Job Expectations- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
