About the Role :
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative marketing and a knack for collaboration. Your mission will be to:
Understand the priorities of each business area and support their marketing objectives
Supports Talent Acquisition stakeholders and engages closely with external vendors to create recruitment‑marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
Ensuring advertising messages and recruitment campaigns are consistent, complementary, and advance the hiring of top talent in target areas as identified by the Talent Acquisition teams.
Strengthen our corporate brand through integrated campaigns that drive business and communications priorities
Coordinate with an enterprise-wide team to create engaging content that supports our advertising messages
Ensure consistent and effective brand communication in external communications
Develop and execute advertising campaigns in domestic markets
Collaborate with the international communications leader to ensure marketing messaging and creative consistency
Reach government and customer audiences with targeted messages that drive campaign goals and objectives

Basic Qualifications:Excellent writing skills
• Experience developing and executing advertising campaigns
• Experience managing, developing and executing strategic communications plans for senior leaders
• Efficient and effective planning and organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with employees at all levels
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years or more of professional experience or 8 years with a related Masters.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies
Desired Skills:• Experience with precision targeting through digital advertising and drawing insights from data analytics
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900 - $220,225. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
