Description:You will be the Project Lead - for the Simulation & System Test (SST) Reprogramming Labs which is responsible for delivering high‑fidelity simulation and Hardware‑In‑The‑Loop (HITL) test products to F‑35 customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Lead - Reprogramming Labs you will be responsible for guiding the end‑to‑end development of reprogramming‑lab solutions that enable realistic, high‑performance testing of F‑35 software.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑fidelity simulation/HITL test products.
- Direct a team of systems engineers through research, implementation, and operational support of lab assets.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost targets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Communicate technical status and program progress to internal leadership and external customers.
- Coordinate with SST Reprogramming Labs Lead, F‑35 Project Manager, design/build staff, and functional SST leadership to integrate efforts seamlessly.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in STEM discipline
• Simulation and/or Systems Integration Labs development experience or working with Labs.
• Control Account Management (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
• Project Management Experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
