As a Process Design & Optimization (PD&O)DeliveryLead, you will contribute to the delivery of our business transformation programs.You willindependently leadstrategic,highcomplexity PD&O efforts through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management across Capital Group to increase scale and efficiency.Through your knowledge oftransformation leadershipandprocess optimization youwill drive scale inCapital’skey operational processes.Youwillmanage anddevelop process optimizationresources to buildnewcapabilitiesand capacityforthe PD&O practice.

You have10+years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience and/or15+years of experience in business analysis, end-to-end process design/re-engineering/optimizationforlarge, complex initiatives,or implementing workflow solutions and robotic process automation
You are a strategicleaderwho can developanddeliverclear strategies for transformation, including scope definition,prioritizing / sequencingoutcomesandobjectives,settingeffective success measures,andestablishingwork approachwithproblem-solvingtechniques
Youhave at least 5 years of people management experienceanddemonstratedproficiencyin leading senior practitioners, includingdevelopment ofassociates’skills and capabilities
Youleverageyour problem-solvingexpertiseand influenceto unlockmeasurablebusiness results AND shift key operational ways of working
You have experienceleveragingChange Management best practices to deliver solutions in partnership with project and business teams and worked in agile environments
You are a strong, collaborative, critical thinker withdemonstratedability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations and compelling visual and written content

You haveexperience applyingbusiness process management frameworks to promote end-to-end process management
You have recent experienceleadingProcurement related transformations

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147
Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
