Overview
ABM is hiring a Parking Supervisor. This role focuses on supervising maintenance staff and coordinating facility upkeep for parking garages and related exterior areas. The Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, schedule power washing and cleaning services, ensure safety and compliance standards are met, and coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams as needed. This position does not require HVAC experience.
The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of work assignments while supporting operations and schedules. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-ready parking environment.
Pay: $25.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support parking garage maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Assign daily work orders and monitor progress across all shifts.
- Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for parking garage facilities.
- Schedule and oversee power washing of parking decks, ramps, stairwells, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Identify maintenance needs such as lighting repairs, signage issues, striping, minor concrete repairs, and cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Address hazards such as oil spills, debris, damaged surfaces, or lighting outages promptly.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services.
- Support arena event schedules by ensuring parking facilities are event-ready.
- Communicate maintenance plans that may impact parking operations or guest access.
- Maintain basic documentation related to maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders.
- Communicate operational updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects or venue initiatives as assigned.
- Support cost control efforts by monitoring labor, supplies, and service usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior supervisory experience in facilities, parking operations, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, cleaning operations, and safety practices.
- Ability to perform facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
