Conducting failure investigations and providing recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence

Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution

Perform trade studies to optimize system performance and future developments

Collaboration with Systems Engineers to develop and implement solutions

Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk

Generate technical reports to present to management and the customer.

This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to remote work possibilities

Expect to Travel 15% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
-
A minimum of 5 years related experience in analysis of RF data, fault isolation, troubleshooting the system to WRA/LRU/Sub-system level, proficient in RF related equipment - Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes and DMM's.

Experience of Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA).
-
Extensive knowledge on Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) Subassemblies.

Experience working on a production program.
-
Experience with generating analysis tools using MatLab.
Qualifications We Prefer:

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SCI/SAP clearance is required.

Ability to support multiple site locations operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results-based production environment

Experience generating and presenting preliminary and critical design reviews.

Prior work experience giving technical briefs or presentations

Excellent written and oral communication skills

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
