What You Will Do
Offers support for Environment Safety & Health professionals. Includes specific technical skills to support environmental, health and safety programs, policies and leaders. Performs administrative tasks in order to increase the efficiency of the EH&S department and leaders. Monitors EH&S department systems and offices for day-to-day operational issues. Maintains proper documentation to achieve and maintain compliance and prepares for investigations.

Maintain and develop functional SharePoint pages.

Verify and ensure accurate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information within the assigned system.

Support the Action Plan and Event Management modules within the designated EH&S digital application.

Assist in building dashboards and reports using the assigned EH&S digital tools.

Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users of EH&S applications.

Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and required training activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and support AS9100 efforts.

Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.

English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Travel 10%.
Qualifications You Must Have

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
