We are seeking a highly skilled drafting professional to help the design and architect team at our airport site and associated offsite projects in Tucson, Arizona and New Mexico sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting principles using AutoCAD and REVIT, particularly in high-profile vertical design projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of combined relevant, experience, and/or certifications will be considered.

Extensive proficiency and Experience using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit and industry-standard CADD platforms such MicroStation, or similar drafting software.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities, architectural, or engineering drafting/design within building and construction environments to include Strong knowledge of construction documentation, drawing standards, and as-built development processes.

At least 3 years’ experience drafting for vertical construction projects, including factories, manufacturing plants, office spaces, engineering labs, hospitals, or similar facilities to include drafting best practices, file management, and version control in large, multi-site organizations.

Experience coordinating multi-discipline drawings (architectural, mechanical, electrical) in complex facility environments.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Proficiency in managing large drawing sets, file structures, and CAD standards in a corporate or industrial setting.

Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) for modeling and coordination within multi-discipline environments.

Experience with Civil 3D for site development, utilities, and infrastructure layout.

Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing facility standards, including clean rooms, test labs, and production environments.

Working knowledge of electrical power distribution and mechanical systems (HVAC, process piping) within large facilities.

Experience supporting projects in regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, or similar industries).

Understanding of BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or similar clash detection software.

Exposure to facilities asset management systems and integration of CAD drawings into CAFM/IWMS platforms.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
