Overview:
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensures the successful implementation of business analysis solutions, including leading and managing technology projects, and planning, coordinating, and executing the successful implementation of technology solutions.
Assesses the feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advances and makes recommendations for their implementation.
Assists with evaluating new technologies, tools, and systems that can enhance business processes and operations.
Conducts reviews, tests, and evaluations to ensure that technology solutions meet the defined quality standards.
Directs individuals in the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives.
Collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams to foster strong relationships, ensuring that their needs and expectations are effectively addressed.
Liaises with cross-functional teams, under minimal supervision, to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide recommendations for technology solutions.
Determines whether vendor deliverables align with business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
Establishes a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and implementing industry best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data-focused Product Owner, with significant exposure to data governance and quality initiatives
Healthcare domain knowledge, including hands-on experience with core concepts and data (e.g., Claims data formats, Risk Adjustment methodologies, and Member Eligibility/Enrollment)
Expert ability to elicit, document, and manage client requests, ensuring traceability from initial client ask through development and final validation
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong internal and client relationships, serving as a trusted data advisor
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through tracing data from generation and ingestion to systems and reporting
Demonstrated ability to learn systems and data structures quickly in order to facilitate technical troubleshooting and resolution
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and interpret technical details for a non-technical audience.
Expert-level skills with Microsoft Excel
Experience with file transfer and structure and tools (e.g. MoveIt)
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
Experience with data analytics programs (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
Deep proficiency in Agile methodology and tools (JIRA)
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Signify’s data framework preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
