Boeing Brazil is seeking an Entry-Level Systems Engineer (Reliability & Maintainability) reporting to the Systems Engineer Manager, working out of the São José Dos Campos office.
The Entry-Level Systems Engineer (Reliability & Maintainability) will perform system-of-systems analyses (SSA, FTA) and support reliability solutions across Boeing Commercial Airplanes programs. You will work with cross-functional teams (design, certification, product assurance, suppliers) to define requirements, optimize architectures, verify performance, and influence TPMs that materially affect airplane availability, maintenance cost and mission success.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform Fault Tree Analysis for designated airplane systems across Boeing Commercial Airplanes programs.
Collaborate with suppliers, program leadership and functional teams; support cross-functional technical issues resolution.
Contribute with continuous improvement of methods, tools, and technical performance measures.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (ConselhoRegional deEngenhariaeAgronomia- CREA). Applicable to Brazilian,recent engineering graduates within 6 months and foreign engineers when the employer is willing visa sponsor
Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge about certification and compliance frameworks (ARP-4754 / ARP-4761, FAAK/ANAC processes, product assurance).
Hands-on experience in reliability or systems engineering within aerospace or equivalent complex-systems industries.
