We’re seeking a Principal EHS Data Center Program Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for OCI's GigaScale campus. This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Relocation assistance available. In this role, you will set strategy, drive governance, and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. You will partner with Data Center Operations, Construction, Facilities, Security, and suppliers to embed EHS requirements into design, build, commissioning, and steady-state operations.
