About this role: Digital, Data, and Artificial Intelligence (DDAI) within Consumer and Business Banking is seeking an XD Senior Product Designer to join its Consumer Digital Channels team. Our team designs experiences that people love and confidently engage to improve their financial lives. In this role, you will:- Develop and execute customer-experience solutions for Wells Fargo's app and website
- Manage the design, creation, and production of customer-experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
- Apply emerging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate ideation, execution, and quality of design output
- Develop and execute customer-experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including: customer experience brief, site design strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies, navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes
- Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists
- Develop new research and test theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions
- Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
- Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
- Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
- Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business, user, and technical requirements
- Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Hands-on experience designing user experiences and user interfaces using Figma for web and mobile digital products.
- Demonstrated visual design capability, with experience solving complex design problems and delivering high-quality, customer-centered solutions.
Desired Qualifications:- Working knowledge of front-end development fundamentals, including HTML and CSS concepts and responsive design, sufficient to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt design practices as AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies evolve.
- Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and communicate design decisions through compelling storytelling to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
