Description:You will be the Director, FW Tooling and Fabrication for the Fort Worth Site Fabrication team which is responsible for delivering high‑impact manufacturing solutions across multiple advanced aviation programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Director, FW Tooling and Fabrication you will be responsible for leading a large, technically‑focused workforce and driving strategic manufacturing outcomes that support F‑35, C‑130, F‑16, ADP and F‑22 initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the Fabrication Integrator for the Fort Worth site to deliver customer solutions.
- Develop and manage execution operations and recovery schedules to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery for all program commitments.
- Lead capacity planning and workforce development, guaranteeing training, tools, procedures and facilities are in place.
- Drive AOM strategy deployment, strategic manufacturing initiatives, including continuous improvement, lean practices and cost‑reduction programs.
- Partner with union leadership and the represented workforce to allocate resources and uphold contractual commitments.

Basic Qualifications:• 10+ years proven experience in a complex Production or related environment.
• Demonstrated success in manufacturing execution in difficult environments i.e. managing a union shop, increasing volumes, significant labor increases, inconsistent material supply, producibility and quality challenges.
• Demonstrated Technical and Strategic Leadership abilities
Desired Skills:• Bachelor's degree
• Strong presence, communications and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
• Experience leading a multi-functional team in support of a production line, including but not limited to areas such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
