Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Collison Operations team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Collision Operations Sr. Analyst.
Reporting to the Collison Operation Manager, the person in this role will support the Collision Operations department objective is to strategically grow, strengthen, and sustain the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) network to ensure optimal market coverage, operational excellence, and brand integrity.
What you’ll be doing
Toyota Certified Collision Center Network Growth and Expansion
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) network regionally
Identify and evaluate potential new collision center partners to expand network coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing collision centers to support growth and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of certification criteria, training, and operational excellence
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for network expansion
Lead outreach and engagement initiatives to attract high-quality collision centers into the Toyota Certified program
Provide ongoing support and resources to collision centers to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation
Track and report on network growth metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment
Ensure compliance with Toyota’s brand standards and certification requirements across regional network locations
Facilitate workshops with regions on Toyota Certified Collision Center
Responsible for Collision Operations Program Support
Key market identification and future planning for Toyota Collision network expansion
Toyota Collision Conference Development and Support
Development of reporting for Collision Operations
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional work experience
5+ years' experience and understanding of automotive service industry, specifically service maintenance operations at both dealerships and aftermarket service facilities
Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Ability to analyze impact of programs and objectives affecting behavioral change
Toyota/Lexus field experience working with dealerships or relevant engagement with Toyota/Lexus Field Operations
Excellent Microsoft Office use and visualization skills
