Overview
Job Summary:
The Parking Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking structures and surface lots. This role includes light cleaning duties, routine inspections, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Pay: $19.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Two Shift: 1 - Sunday - Thursday 8:00pm - 4:30am
2 - Saturday - Wednesday 8:00pm - 4:30am

Responsibilities
- Perform light cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in parking garages and lots
- Maintain cleanliness of stairwells, elevators, entryways, and walkways
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and reporting damages or safety hazards
- Assist with pressure washing or hosing down areas as needed
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate any maintenance issues, spills, or hazards to supervision promptly
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with customers or team members
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or cleaning experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
