Pay: $25/HR to $30/HR
The pay listed is the hourly/salary rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within the district. Leads Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email regarding parking questions, permit needs, and general information.
- Help customers with purchasing permits, paying citations, and accessing parking services.
- Provide clear and friendly communication while resolving routine issues.
Clerical & Office Support
- Process and issue parking permits, validations, and replacement credentials.
- Enter and update customer and vehicle information into the parking system.
- Print, prepare, and distribute parking materials as needed.
- Accept payments for permits, fines, and other parking-related fees.
- Follow standard cash-handling procedures.
Parking System & Data Entry
- Use parking management software to process transactions.
- Maintain accuracy when entering data, updating accounts, and processing changes.
Coordination & Support
- Work with enforcement or operations staff when customers have citation or access questions.
- Assist with special event parking setup, guest permits, and validation requests.
- Report equipment or access card issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- 1-2 years of Supervisor experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of janitorial equipment
- Working knowledge of OSHA required processes
- Intermediate level of Microsoft programs
- Valid State Driver's License for business travel
- A passion for serving others and helping others to succeed.
- Excellent personal organization skills and exceptional planning skills to avoid reactional situation(s).
- Excellent follow-up and an eye for detail.
- Anticipates problems and proactively implements preventative action plans.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests on evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Technical savvy and ability to use MS Office Suite, Smart Phones, Internet and other job related applications.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- Excellent relational skills and experience dealing with union environment.
- Understanding of the service industry practices, process and trends.
