The Senior Manager, Safety Technology & Analyticsis responsible forleading the development, delivery, and operation ofsafety‑criticaltechnologies and analytics solutions that enhance safety, reduce risk, improve efficiency,monitorcompliance, andprovideactionable insights across the enterprise.
This role sits within theWorldwideSafetyAssurance (WSA)andWorldwide Safety, Health, Engineering & Sourcing (WSHES)organizations supporting Disney Experiences worldwide.
You will report to theDirector, Worldwide Safety Systems Technology.
What You Will Do:
Lead the architecture and development of a new Integrated Safety Data Platformconsolidatingsafety, operational, and compliance data to enable reporting, analytics, predictive insights, and performance alerting.
Oversee the design, development, configuration, and commissioning ofsafety enablingtechnologies that improve safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
Directrequirementsdefinition, milestone planning, resource allocation, budgets, and cashflows to ensuretimelyand predictable delivery of initiatives.
Track and report project commitments, delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead analytics and reporting capabilities delivering executive dashboards, KPIs, compliance reporting, and leading/predictive indicators.
Guide the use of data trending, data lakes,multi‑sourceintegration, and advanced analytics techniques including AI and machine learning whereappropriate.
Develop and mentor managers and teams, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and growth paths.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with modern data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, and datalakearchitectures).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
PreferredEducation:
Advanced degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $163,400.00-$219,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
