Description:You will be the Business Process Analyst for the Business Process team. Our team is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency through digital transformation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating, reinventing, and streamlining processes to utilize new digital capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support upgrades to business tools such as Warehouse Management, Apriso, and SAP.
- Analyze inventory levels, audit material, and perform data cleansing.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, developing system tools and automating PP&C functions.
- Communicate vision and ideas to stakeholders across sites and to executive leadership.
- Provide problem‑solving support for production operations and warehouse material flow.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, therefore must be a U.S. Citizen.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with material flow and production processes
Experience pulling and manipulating data from SAP/Apriso WM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organizational and time management skills
Desired Skills:SAP ERP experience
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Strong computer skills. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge.
Experience with material and
Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
Green belt trained and or certified
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
Very good organization and communication skills
AIF/IDOC knowledge

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
