Maxim Healthcare in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in patient condition
- Collect, analyze, and document clinical data and nursing interventions
- Communicate patient status changes to physicians and care team members
- Provide patient and family education as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred
