As a Rotating Equipment Technical Specialist, you will conduct technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, design and construction of new and existing facilities, and research on new developments, applying your strong understanding of industry and operational requirements. Taking initiative andanticipatingcustomer needs will make you a stand-out player. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Supports high speedrecipsacross the Williams Gulf Coast Storage andNorTexfacilities
Accounts for a diverse range of sophisticated assignments requiring the use of experience,innovationand judgment
May supervise the work of others
Demonstrates technicalexpertisein a specialty, geographic area, or operational function and applies specialized knowledge in the effective completion of large-scope projects
Prepares and delivers presentations
Anticipates internal/external customer needs; assesses requirements andidentifiessolutions
Interprets internal/external business challenges and improves products,processesor services
Collaborates with teams to ensure compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needs
Champions processes,proceduresand safety standards
Monitors and controls costs and resources associated with projects

Education/Years of Experience:
Technical Specialist I
- Required: High school diploma/GED and equivalent experience orAssociatesdegree in technical field
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree ina technicalfield or engineering; technical internship
Required: High school diploma/GED and equivalent experience orAssociatesdegree in technical field and aminimumtwo (2) years’ experience in oil & gas industry
Preferred: Bachelor's degree ina technicalfield or engineering and aminimumfour (4) years of progressive experience in field operations or other technical specialty
Required: High school diploma/GED and equivalent experience orAssociates degree in engineeringor a technical field and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in oil & gas industry
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in field operations or other technicalspecialty
Required: Associates degree or equivalent experience and minimum of six (6) years' experience in oil & gas industry
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in field operations/construction or other technical specialty field
Shift/Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel up to25% - 50% of the time
