The Engineering Supervisoris responsible forleading a diverse team of engineers and other technical specialties to perform technical services in support of operations. This role will encourage safe operations, while influencing decisions that improve the reliability and operability of our pipeline systems and will serve as a specialist in the field for meaningful organizational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Coordinates/troubleshootsmoderate andsophisticated issues and challenges the optimization ofthe Storage Division underground gas storage fleetso the assets become more reliable, safe, and efficient
Supportsthe measurement, controls/automation, instrumentation, and electrical frontline employee group for theDivision
Ensures consistent andaccuratebudgeting(MCAPEX and OPEX), forecasting, and reporting
Managesthe Innovation Management system and balance the MCAPEX budget for the Storage Division, making budgetadjustmentsas necessary using methodologies provided bymanagement
Preparesoptimumunderground gas storagefacility and pipeline solutions that increase value over the life of theassets
Develops, implements, and improves tools, processes, procedures, and metrics that enable operations tooptimizefacility or gathering system operation, increase reliability and safety, and control costs
Supports and implementscontinuousimprovement initiatives,partnering with the underground gas storage team to find ways to betterutilizethe facilities
Develops and leads highly performing work teams
Supports business andproject developmentinitiatives as directed by the Manager Gas Storage

Education/Years of Experience:
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a minimum offive(5) years of engineering experienceor three (3) years of engineering experience with at least one year in Gas Storage surface facilities engineering
Preferred:Previousleadership experience
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze, develop and implement process improvements,documentationand reports
Experience inproviding fit-for-purpose solutions, minimizing themaximumamount of risk in the mostcost effectiveway possible
The ability to makedifficult decisionsusing technical decision making and soft skills to explain the why to those affected by the outcome
Travel/Shift Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% - 50% of the time
