Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced executive recruitment function within a globally recognized hospitality brand. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for coordinating all aspects of executive-level candidate scheduling and logistics across the Americas region. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams, manage complex scheduling demands, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized under pressure, and deliver high-quality work with precision will be essential to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive candidate scheduling, including interview agendas, travel logistics, candidate amenities, and onsite greetings for all in-person meetings
- Collaborate closely with senior executive teams to coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, maintaining a strong attention to detail with a service-oriented approach
- Collect and organize data to prepare PowerPoint presentations and project documents for reporting purposes
